Morgan completed her Master’s of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Science from U of A’s Augustana campus in Camrose, Alberta. As a dedicated physiotherapist, Morgan is passionate about empowering her patients to take an active role in their health and recovery. She emphasizes evidence-based practice, working collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals, whether it’s returning to sports, work, or daily activities.

Morgan’s approach is rooted in patient education, guiding individuals through the rehabilitation process while ensuring they understand their conditions. She believes that a thorough understanding of one’s health can lead to better outcomes and long-term success.

In addition to her physiotherapy training, Morgan has obtained her Level 1 Functional Dry Needling certification and has received additional training in vestibular disorders and concussion management. This allows her to offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to care for a wide range of conditions. She has also completed her Level I Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy certification with a focus in women’s health to empower women to take control of their bodies to overcome symptoms of incontinence, pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Your first appointment with Morgan will involve a detailed assessment where she will gather information about your condition, discuss your personal goals, and work with you to create a personalized plan of care.

Ian is a dedicated Physiotherapist Intern with three years of hands-on experience across diverse clinical settings. He blends evidence-based practice with a passion for rehabilitation sciences, and he is deeply committed to providing the highest standard of care through clinical expertise, a strong work ethic, and continuous professional development.

Ian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, Inc. in the Philippines, which laid the foundation for his clinical journey.

Throughout his career, Ian has developed his skills through various clinical roles, from supervising to directly working with patients. As a clinician, Ian worked with a wide range of patients, including those with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and pediatric conditions. His treatment approach prioritizes patient empowerment, providing patients and their families with the education needed to improve mobility, nhance independence, and navigate post-treatment care. Ian is particularly focused on helping individuals regain their quality of life through a holistic, patient-centered approach.

Ian served as a physiotherapist at a leading rehabilitation hospital in the Philippines, where he specialized in the care of neurologic, orthopedic, and pediatric patients. His expertise in managing complex cases, such as post-operative recovery and acute stroke rehabilitation, contributed to patient recovery in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Mikayla is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Makami College in 2017. Mikayla is passionate about working with clients who experience chronic stress, pain, or tension. Reba (Rebecca) joined our clinic in July 2025. She graduated with a Massage Therapy Diploma from Westervelt College in Ontario in August 2021 and became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) in January 2022. Prior to that, she completed a diploma in Equine Massage Therapy at D’Arcy Lane/triOS College in August 2019.

Reba practiced as an RMT in Ontario for three years before relocating to Cold Lake with her husband who was posted to 4 Wing Cold Lake.

Reba is a treatment-focused therapist who tailors each session to her clients’ needs. Reba uses client-specific pressure and blends General Swedish Massage with advanced techniques, including cupping, to help relieve tension and stiffness.

Reba also has a special interest in treating pre- and postnatal clients, as she personally experienced the benefits of massage therapy during her own pregnancy.

Outside of work, Reba enjoys spending time with her son, husband, horses, and puppy.
